Radiation Resistant High Entropy Alloys for Sodium Fast Reactor fuel cladding applications
Calvin Parkin

Calvin Parkin is a PhD student and DoE fellow studying nuclear engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is working with Dr. Couet on a new project developing radiation resistant high entropy alloys for fast reactor cladding applications. High entropy alloys are a relatively new class of alloys that consist of four or more elements present in equimolar concentrations rather than one primary constituent. Calvin received his BSE from UW-Madison in Spring 2017.
